Our production factory in Qingdao City, Shandong province includes non-sterile production workshop, physical and chemical laboratory, and production factory in Changsha City, Hunan province includes sterile production workshop, 10,000-level sterile laboratory, etc. which can meet the production and testing of sterile devices and non-sterile devices at the same time. Our automatical production lines and experienced workers can meet a variety of demands and guarantee fast lead time.
Our laboratory is equipped with state-of-the-art measuring instruments that allow us to conduct aerosol performance analysis. Our team of well-trained researchers meticulously works on generating reliable data in short periods of time to examine drug-device performance. By these means, we are able to support our partners, providing them with analytical services where pretesting of aerosolized formulation does not require GLP compliance.
The analytical services include aerodynamic particle size distribution analysis, laser diffraction particle size analysis, breath simulation studies, output rate studies, residue studies, and delivered dose studies.
